Delivery

12 PLN across Poland - DHL courier - 2-3 working days. 
50 PLN on the territory of the EU - DHL courier - 4-7 working days. 


* Please note that during the sales period the delivery time is longer.

Returns

The customer has the right to make a refund within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

For the purpose of processing the return by Inpost Parcel Machines. Return shipping basket,

will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed and is appropriate to the current cost of the

dispatches.

 

Exchanges

It is not possible to exchange products directly.
In Myrtille store, the exchange consists of returning the selected product and placing a separate order for new products.

Complaints

When filing a complaint, send the defective product along with the completed complaint form to Myrtille Urszula Rybak address  Swietojanska 124,
07-200, Wyszków, Poland

In the absence of a receipt, you must provide a statement of account confirming the transaction of purchase of the product.

Myrtille will process the complaint within 14 days of receipt.
